Healing isn’t just something I do—it’s woven into who I am. My journey has taken me through profound challenges, where I’ve witnessed both my own and others’ pain, particularly working with young people navigating deep trauma. I’ve seen how grief and loss can make us feel small and disconnected, but I’ve also learned that love—pure and boundless—is the highest vibration. Even in my darkest moments, it has been my guiding light.

The Body Code called to me because it resonates so deeply with my belief that true healing encompasses mind, body, and soul. It was a turning point in my life, helping me release trapped emotions and dissolve my own Heart-Wall. That experience awakened a deeper understanding of who I am and what I’m here to do.

I truly believe that if you’re here, it’s not by chance. There’s a reason our paths have crossed. It’s my honour to walk beside you on your journey, whether we meet in person, online, or energetically. My role is to guide you back to the love and light already within you—your truest essence.
